Q16. How do I apply for a Pathao Pay Card?

  1. Log in to your Pathao Pay account.
  2. From the app homepage, tap on ‘Grab Your Card’ or tap on ‘Pay Card’ and then press ‘Get Started’.
  3. Select ‘Start Card Request’ to begin the process.
  4. Choose your preferred card design from the available options.
  5. Provide the required information and tap ‘Save & Continue’.
  6. On the ‘Review Details’ page, verify all the information you’ve entered. Then check the box to agree to Pathao Pay’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, and press ‘Continue’.

Note:

  • If, for any reason, you are unable to complete the full process at once, your entered information will be saved automatically for 30 days.
  • Once your card request is submitted, your details will be verified by the bank. If the information is correct and verified, you should receive your card within 7 to 14 working days.

Q17. How to activate Pathao Pay Card?

Card activation is done via Visual IVR. You need to call 16219 from your Pay registered mobile number to activate the card. You will receive an sms confirmation from Pathao once activation is completed.

  • E-Commerce payments
  • ATM withdrawals

Q19. Is the card usable internationally?

Yes. The card is a multi-currency card. Customers may endorse their passports for international usage in accordance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines. After the endorsement is done, users can use it internationally.

  • Enter your registered mobile number.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your PIN securely.
